On July 23, Valve released an update for the “royal battle” of the Danger Zone in CS: GO, which added rating ranks. In total there will be 15 ranks, excluding the zero.

Ranks will be displayed in the player’s profile. They can also be seen by observing the user in viewer mode. Leveling up will depend on the results in matches. The lowest rank is the Laboratory Rat with the image of the rodent’s head, and the highest is the Howling Alpha with a wolf icon. Users with different ranks can participate in one lobby.

In addition to introducing a rating system, the developers also updated localization files for English and Spanish.
