CS: GO update will restrict server access for players with bad connection

The July 26 CS: GO update added a new parameter for configuring a server called net_chan_limit_msec. It limits the amount of time that the server spends to process data packets from each player. Users whose packages will be processed longer than the set parameter will be automatically excluded from the server.

Explanation: during the match between the client and the server, there is a constant exchange of data packets. If the player has a poor connection, then the server spends more time processing these packets, which leads to delays and lags. Sometimes, due to these problems, the enemy model can move in jerks, and the server will not have time to count hits on the target. The new parameter will weed out the “problem” users and make the game more comfortable.

The developers also updated the localization files for 13 languages, including Russian, and transferred rating ranks in the Danger Zone mode.
