Gla1ve: We must try to set the standards for tournaments

Captain Astralis Lucas gla1ve Rossander proposed setting specific standards for CS: GO tournament organizers. He came to this decision after the teams encountered some problems at DreamHack Masters Malmö 2019.

“I believe that we should try to establish standards for holding tournaments. Providing bad chairs, bad headphones (with which the sound in the game seems completely new) and bad headsets is unacceptable in major championships.

We lost to Fnatic not for this reason. We lost because she played better. The conditions were equal for everyone. But it would be nice if DreamHack listened and tried to fix all the flaws, as these factors are very important. ”

In response to one of the fans on Twitter, Rossander clarified that the organizers insisted on using the headphones they provided. Earlier in an interview for TV 2 PLAY, a player criticized DreamHack for poor sound insulation on stage. Read more about this here.

DreamHack Masters Malmö 2019 was held from October 1 to 6 in Sweden. 16 teams won $ 250 thousand. Astralis reached the semifinals, where she lost to Fnatic with a score of 0: 2 and took 3-4 place in the tournament.
