Valve updated Cache and Breach maps

On the night of November 5, Valve released a patch for CS: GO, which updated the maps of Breach and Cache. The developers fixed numerous bugs, as well as finalized the design of the aisles and bomb installation points.

List of major changes

Breach

Breach has been updated to the latest version from the Steam Workshop and is now available in Scramble mode on official servers.

Point A:

length design changed to A;

the walls near the entrance are removed;

pit removed;

blinds appeared on the window;

the monument with the globe is slightly shifted to the side;

blocked access to the SWAT van.

Point B:

the ventilation room has been replaced by an electrical switchboard;

the position of the floors is changed;

improved location designation for the bomb.

Center:

reduced the number of corners for shelling in the center;

the connector to point B has been changed;

terrorists’ paths to the lower and upper center of the map are now combined;

special forces can no longer push the upper center of the map as quickly as before;

fixed random angles in the lower center.

Other:

the special forces base has been redesigned;

glass removed in many places;

fixed a bug due to which enemies beyond point B could be seen from the center of the map;

the wall on the outside of point B was replaced with a chain-link fence;

updated edges of objects;

fixed places where C4 might be stuck.

Cache

Cache has been updated to the latest available version in the Steam Workshop.

the design of objects has been improved on the entire map;

fixed FPS crash in zig due to mesh collision patterns;

The card has been fully optimized to increase FPS;

now the bomb at point A can be set close to the fence;

the indents at point A were removed, on which one could walk;

fixed a bug due to which the bomb sometimes got stuck at the creaky entrance by terrorists;

Now players can jump onto the loader without holding down the Ctrl key;

Fixed a bug due to which the bomb fell through the texture on the ramp near point B;

fixed grenade rebound in the boost on the center;

fixed the ability to look through the box at point B;

fixed bug with stuck on the stairs in the center;

the height of the boxes in the corner of point A is reduced;

Fixed numerous bugs with lumbago walls.

The developers also updated the localization files and reminded users about receiving feedback and suggestions about the Workshop.
